Jeff Anderson, Culinary Director for Lodestar Farms
Lodestar teamed up with Jeff Anderson after he expressed interest in using a signature olive oil for his restaurant, The Black Crow, in Chico, CA. With Jeff as part of the team at Lodestar Farms creating seasonal recipes, we are excited to share our passion for olives that begins when the olive trees bloom and now all the way to your kitchen.
Jeff is a graduate of New York Citys prestigious Culinary Institute Of America, with additional training at Postrio (San Francisco), Cypress Club (San Francisco), Mansion on Turtle Creek (Dallas) and as Corporate Executive Chef for Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurants. He now finds himself in farm fresh heaven with no shortage of farm direct fruits, vegetables and Lodestar Olive Oil.
There is something unsettling about having gone to great lengths to acquire quality farm fresh products only to short change yourself by using low quality olive oil.
