Lodestar Olive Salsa
- 6 oz can of diced olives
- 4 oz can diced green chiles
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 4-5 chopped green onions
- 3 tbls. Lodestar Extra Virgin or Lemon Olive Oil
- 1.5 tsp. garlic salt
- 1.5 tbls. white wine vinegar
- Combine first four ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix the oil, garlic salt and wine vinegar separately, then add to bowl.
- Chill for 3 hours and serve with chips.
