Lodestar Olive Salsa


  • 6 oz can of diced olives
  • 4 oz can diced green chiles
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 4-5 chopped green onions
  • 3 tbls. Lodestar Extra Virgin or Lemon Olive Oil
  • 1.5 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1.5 tbls. white wine vinegar


  1. Combine first four ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix the oil, garlic salt and wine vinegar separately, then add to bowl.
  3. Chill for 3 hours and serve with chips.
