- Entire pkg Trader Joe Persian cucumbers
- Three pack TJ bell peppers
- Package of TJ sugar plum cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 c kalamata olives
- 1/4 c feta cheese sprinkled
- Jar of marinated artichokes
- Lots of chopped Italian parsley
- Squeeze of a half lemon
- Salt, pepper and Lodestar Lemon Olive oil.
