Simple Surf & Turf Bruschetta
Serves 4: With 3 bruschetta per person
Brush each side of bread slices with Lodestar Olive Oil and put under broiler, browning each side. Cube Romas. Add pressed garlic, basil and sea salt.
Thoroughly mix and spoon onto bread pour Lodestar Olive Oil and grate fresh Parmagiano-Reggiano over top at presentation.
This requires little preparation and can be made to serve a large crowd or the surprise visitor in a short time. Lodestar’s signature recipe draws the largest crowd at specialty food and wine events.
